The 25 year old Varshita is from Andhrapradesh. She is fat and black but she is one of the official model of world known designer brand Sabyasachi lead by designer Sabyasachi Mukherji. It is actually the dream position for all Indian and foreign model to work with Sabyasachi
But to acquire her dream Varshita had to struggle a lot. The barrier was her colour and fat body. Everyone to whom she approached for the modelling job advised her to be lean and improve her colour. Even she tried film auditions also. But got the same reply again and again
She was not ready to give up. Worked hard for past 4 years and got selected for the dream position a model can achieve. Varshita's story is an inspirational one in the era of body shaming and a lesson for those who are depressed about their body colour and shape
