The project ‘Her&Now’ which is implemented by GIZ India, German Agency of international development and funded by the German government is launching a film- and media campaign going by the name of ‘Her &Now – Empowering Women Entrepreneurs’
Its objective is to raise awareness and increase recognition of the positive contribution of women entrepreneurshi
The project is commissioning the production of 4 original high-quality, cinematic short films on the topic of women entrepreneurshi
• 2 fiction short films,
• 1 non-fiction short film
• 1 animated short film
4 filmmakers get the opportunity to receive a film production grant up to 20 lacs per film to tell an authentic story about an ambitious and courageous woman entrepreneur who breaks with gender roles and is an inspiration for future generations of women entrepreneurs.
After the production, the short films will be screened across India and internationally
Interested filmmakers are encouraged to apply until 14th of October 2019 and become a filmmaker of change.
