Antony perumbavoor is the leading personnel of Theatre Owners Association formed on 2017. Now the association is not allowing wide release of movies from other languages and other films from Malayalam which are not big budget movies

Vijay fans unofficially claiming that they will only get about 125 theatres for 'Bigil' release, which was not sufficient for a super star movie. So the fans are allegedly commenting with abusive language towards Antony perumbavoor and Mohanlal and the production firm Aashirvad Cinemas
