The films produced by Aashirvad Cinemas lead by Antony Perumbavoor with Mohanlal as the lead had made notable profits in the industry so far.
In recent times Mohan lal had tied up with 4 new face directors and the collective box office gross from those 3 films are more than 275 crore, the biggest in terms with new directors.
The first film was 'Odiyan' directed by debutant Sreekumar Menon, collected about 50 crores from box office along with other modes of buisiness
The second film 'Lucifer' with Prithviraj Sukumaran was the all time block buster of the industry and collected about 170 crores from box office alone and a sum of more than 200 crore including other rights buisiness
And the latest was 'Ittimani made in China', which is still running in theatres was directed by debutants Jibi and Joju collected about 25 crore according to reports
Interestingly all the above films were produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner Aashirvad Cinemas.
